PLATTSBURGH — With hopes of improving the quality of life for its residents and visitors well into the future, the City of Plattsburgh is pursuing $5.2 million in funding to aid eight projects throughout city limits. 'Over the last couple of years we've worked diligently and thoroughly to address a number of projects of local and regional significance. Whether it be development of the City's beach, major improvements to our parks, or planning for the future, it's been our goal to finally realize Plattsburgh's potential,' Mayor Chris Rosenquest said of the city's efforts.
