AND A POLICE PRESENCE NEAR THE PLATTSBURGH AND WEST CHAZY BORDER ON TOWN LINE ROAD. NEW YORK STATE POLICE TELL US THEY RESPONDED THERE EARLY THIS MORNING FOR A DISTURBANCE.
