PLATTSBURGH — The Town of Plattsburgh is making strides in its commitment to create and launch a comprehensive Developer's Guide utilizing recently culled data. 'I think people are very excited about opportunities, and we have a lot of opportunities here for all kinds of development,' Town of Plattsburgh Supervisor Michael Cashman said. 'This is exactly why we launched this survey.' GUIDE 'Hi, We're Plattsburgh,' as the guide is titled, represents the town's 'heartfelt invitation to the wider development community.
